When Inflyte users create an account on our service, the account is only permitted to be used be the registered account holder. For the same reason, only Inflyte users can request changes to the email addresses associated with their accounts.
Any request to change a users email address must come from the user themselves, or contain confirmation of the change from them - as a label owner you can forward any requests received directly to us.
We are unable to accept third-party request to change users account details without their express permission.
