Inflyte doesn’t control who sends promos — that decision is always up to the labels. The best way to receive more promos is to contact the labels you’re genuinely interested in through their website or social channels and request a place on their Inflyte promo list.
Some labels welcome requests, others do not. In general, the bigger the label, the harder it is to join their list. Each label has its own approach, but all are looking for DJs and tastemakers who can give value in return — by playing, supporting, or promoting their releases.
What labels look for
Labels typically want DJs and tastemakers who can offer real-world promo opportunities, such as:
Resident DJs playing regularly in clubs or venues
Touring DJs with an established following
Radio or mix-show hosts with consistent listeners
Online playlist curators with strong reach
Bloggers, writers, or reviewers with an audience
What to demonstrate
When reaching out, be prepared to show:
Audience size (club capacity, radio listeners, playlist followers, blog traffic)
Links to your socials (Instagram, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Twitter/X, etc.)
Evidence of DJ charts (Beatport, Traxsource, etc.)
Examples of recent support you’ve given other labels’ tracks
How to approach labels
Be polite and specific — mention tracks of theirs you’ve recently supported.
Avoid copy-paste messages like “Hey, I like your music, add me to your list.”
Only target labels you truly play and support.
Remember: it’s a two-way relationship. Labels want meaningful feedback and exposure for their releases, while DJs get the benefit of exclusive upfront promos.
Important: There is no in-platform label directory
Inflyte does not provide a way to browse labels or request access to campaigns from within the platform.
Labels control their own promo lists and decide who to invite. Inflyte simply delivers promos once that invitation has been made.
If you want to receive more promos, you must build those relationships externally — typically by contacting labels directly via:
Instagram (often the most active channel)
Email addresses listed on label websites
Demo/contact forms
A short, professional message linking to your mixes, social profiles, and recent support is far more effective than a generic “add me to your list” request.
